Any unwanted product must be returned within 30 days from when your Kawens order was delivered. All items must be returned to us unworn, unused, unwashed and in the same condition you received them. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund. All items are inspected on return.

We are 100% responsible for orders placed on our website. If there is any irregularity or failure in delivery, Kawens will cover the costs to resolve the issue. All orders are securely packaged and transported with specific labels to prevent any damage.
